Our History

Our family has been in the food business for four generations. From a little country store in the late 1800’s to Restaurants, In-Plant Feeding & Cafeterias, Catering and, since 1991, Custom Food Manufacturing. We’ve come a long way.

We know that to be the best and enjoy what we do, we need to constantly be looking for new ways to expand our area of expertise. We challenge the way things have always been done and constantly seek new solutions to old problems.

Certainly, if you want soup, sauce, salad dressing or anything else we make, there are plenty of vendors who can accommodate you. But if you want the whole enchilada sauce (sorry), there’s only one place to go… contact us.
