Third party audit by Food Safety Solutions (Audit file available upon request), an industry leader in hazard analysis, microbial risk assessments, HACCP plans, GMP and sanitation programs, and food safety.

Our staff receives ongoing training in Serv-Safe, HACCP and our own GMP’s.

In addition, we are held accountable by our clients.
